Walked down to the garage and ran my fingers over its perfect, freshly painted hood, yet again.
Yeah, sat in the garage for around 2 months straight. Full restoration including completely new paint, never gonna see salt.
You'll all see pics in the spring.

reset both TPS's (only to center, not with the multimeter till t gets warmer out), and I think I found my problem. I no longer have the bouncing idle and the sputtering at speed is greatly reduced. picking up a 9v battery after work

Lol. Waiting for my paycheck to get coilovers. And the car was literally 1inch higher up front than stock... couldn't stand it.
It still rides nice. not even sure what the hate is all about.

There's no hate. It's just a matter of doing it right and doing it ghetto. It's a matter of you having a Lexus and treating it the way it's supposed to be treated. Plus, there's a lot more you could've done rather than cutting springs since you're in the process of buying coilovers. Could've clean those headlights and detailed the car.

it's a 20 year old beat luxo barge that i got for $1400. The interior is in pieces. The dash barely works... its the loudest car i've owned. I'm treating it as a fun project. Yes, cutting springs is ghetto... but you know what. It still rides amazing. If you sat in it, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference it was done "right" or done "ghetto". (until I blow out the shocks of course)
Today I will try clean up the headlights
