Saturday. Had the clutch start giving me fits. Pedal felt mushy and wouldn't return from the floor when you depress it. This is fantastic timing, since I have to drive to Atlanta on Tuesday.
I will give my man at my shop some props for getting me done on Monday when I was stuck at work. I knew it was something wrong with the clutch hydraulics and probably could've fixed it with my buddy, but I had ZERO time to fool around with it. It needed a new master cylinder, came to $400 with tax and everything.
Today I drove from downtown Nashville to downtown Atlanta in 3 hours and 10 minutes, a new best. Took one 5 minute pee break. I know if you hit rush hour in Nashville, Chattanooga, or Atlanta, add another hour onto that time. Also helps I was able to do 75-80 all the way up and down Mont Eagle, so annoying when you get stuck behind a truck doing 35 passing another truck doing 30 up the grade.
