Went to the body shop and we test fitted a replacement front bumper. Disappointingly, it was much worse than the one we have on there and so abandoned this unit.....
The poor shape around the head lights along with a crack and the poorer alignment of the high beam cut outs (which I did not post the pics but they were bad) made the current bumper look stellar...
Oh, and later in the day the glass company that was scheduled to replace the cracked wind shield tomorrow called and they got it done today! That is a more involved process than I had realized but the installer did a great job and was careful.

I finally cut the 1uz bell to accept the clutch slave cyl for and the fork prep
This was a little fun project that yelled some good results

Still have to drill and weld the pieces and reinforce that area with a few more beads.
