Got brand new tires put on my sc3...AND sourced a 96 sc4 with 110k on the chassis with a beautiful stock interior and a running 1uz for FIVE hundos!! Insurance dummies declared it a total loss or w.e (minor front end collision imo) and the owner offered it for 5, I didn't even have to hit him with a counter offer lol.
Lol that is very true good sir! I got everything for 70 bux. 97 front and sides. So your looking at pry 25 bucks for the sides they are like a pearl green. Both cars had the tails 2 but they are busted .
PM me and if you need i can get em for you and just pay me for the cos i get em for. No upcharge sir. i already pulled them off the car. they are resting next to it.
You managed to find a junk yard locally with these parts?
I'm in Wa and every yard I called had nothing to look at, do you care to share which yard had the cars? I'm looking for a few missing interior parts and a few other odds n ends.
Here's a pic of the last car I drove down to Oregon to look at... Nothing like the pic in the add, waste of a tank of gas to say the least.

Today was a GOOD day.
DAmnnnn nice deal, been looking all over wa for deals without much luck. Nice score!
Probably going to make more $ parting what you don't use than the car cost.
A month ago I replaced the trans filter and gasket. And also the pan (from Sewell) because I bent the old one getting it off. Afterward I ended up with a pretty decent leak and it wasn't from the rubber gasket. Well, I was lazy I guess and didn't replace the O Ring on the dip stick tube. I suspect that's where the leak was coming from. So today, I dropped the pan, replaced the O Ring (from Sewell), and went with a fiber-based gasket (from Macko), and went with a new set of bolts (from Sewell) to match the new pan I put on last month. I will let everyone know how the fiber gasket holds up. OBTW the fluid is still sorta milky browny so maybe after a few more drain and fills it will finally be acceptable.
Did a headlight restore on my 92 SC today, 600/800/1000/1500/2000 grit wet sand followed by 3 step buff. Stuck some P&P Silverstar ultras in for all my bulbs and love the look. Washing the bad boy tomorrow then I'll take pics. Unfortunately I'm dealing with some condensation in my drivers side headlight. Spent the night last night using a blow dryer to try to dry out the housing having my heat gun lost in my storage unit is a PITA. Stuck 6 silica packets in there but I'm not really sure how long its supposed to take to absorb any moisture that may be in the assembly. I'm really hoping I don't have to bake it but I think its going to happen this weekend if the condensation doesn't go away by Sunday.
If anyone has suggestions about how to get rid of any excess moisture let me know!

I'm feelin lucky now, the local yard here has 3 SC's and they arent nearly as torn up. Between the three of them I could make a working SC if I wanted to (I don't, lol).
