pierced 4 holes in the firewall to install the clutch pedal assembly and clutch master cylinder. 3 were for the clutch master cylinder and 1 for the lower mounting point, which only required a nut, bolt and washer. installed the manual brake pedal too
How did you manage to find all the parts? I want to do this to my 400 but it seems daunting finding the adapter for the 5spd Supra tranny along with the rest of the parts needed.

Drift motion sells brand new oem pedal sets. The adapter I'm not too familiar with who to buy from, and the transmission you have to have cash set aside and buy it as soon you can find one that pops up for sale. Traditional toyota transmissions (W58, R154, V160) are getting harder to find, and they seem to be going for a premium now. A lot of people have started looking at alternatives like the CD009 or the tremec. Things like the shifter boot/console cover have been discontinued, so finding a good condition one is hard.
Using the facebook groups as a classifieds also helps a lot. You'll reach a wider audience when looking for parts.

^^^ blkexcoupe hit it right on the head. Driftmotion is a great place with a ton of parts, but BNIB genuine toyota can run up the bill. Xcessive Manufacturing also has manual swap parts available. Social media has become a great venue to buy and sell parts and I agree there a lot more people on it, that check their feed daily or numerous few times a day. for the members that remember, the classifieds used to be full of manual transmission swap parts, but not so much these days. I bought the entire clutch and brake pedal assemblies years back when it popped up in the classifieds. I found out you don't need the entire manual brake pedal assembly, just the manual brake pedal. Buying the entire clutch assembly saved me the trouble of assembling all the pieces.
It may seem daunting, but continue your research and take your time. Make your BOM (parts list) and you can start by piecing things together. As you may already know, you dont need to buy everything at once. Buy the hard to find pieces first i.e. clutch pedal assembly, brake pedal, driveshaft, shifter etc and save the readily available off the shelf items for last. gl

I'm one of those people. I usually do most of my buying at 5 to 6am pst to get all the early east coast deals, and all the overnight west coast deals.

Shoot. I missed out on taking pictures while I was doing the dreaded exterior door handle clip.
But I had to repair it because I am getting married on Saturday, and I can't drive off having to get into the car to open the door to let my brand new bride into the car, so the door handle was repaired.
On my 400, I recently replaced both coils, caps, and rotors; ran god for one day. Went to move it today and no start due to no spark; probably ignitors, yay.
