Buffed twenty three years of oxidation off my SC400 headlights and fog lights. A polisher, compound pad, Mother's chrome polish and about 5 minutes per light, (still on the car) is all it takes. About $13 if you have a polisher, and it'll do several pair of lights.

Fogs haven't worked since I bought the car, so I pulled them out. Both bulbs were missing the (-) leg, but oxidation/corrosion on the spade connectors and ground connection turned out to be the real problem. Cleaned with tuner cleaner and a wire brush, replaced the female spade connectors, new bulbs and I'm ready for the next foggy morning. There's a bit of condensation inside, but the housing is so brittle I can't get the lens off without ruining it. Rubber vent hoses were not constricted, so it should clear out on it's own...

Next up is new caps in the ECU, and cleaning the low-beam projector lenses if I can do without the car for a day or two. I'm not anxious to do either.

Y'all have been busy, nice work everyone!

I finally got around to replacing my passenger window regulator while I wait on my diff so I can throw it back in the car. With some help from old posts I got it replaced rather quickly without wrecking my door panel or hands.

I had a little help too

What did you use to pull the fenders and how hard was it?

What offsets are you running in the rear? I ran a 18x11 +30 with a 275/35/18 in the rear when I was on air, and I could clear the shaved rear quarter panels with 1mm of clearance between the rim and quarter panel.

Found a guy on craigslist that's mobile. He charged me 110 to pull all fenders/quarter panels. He was using the eastwood fender roller. Didn't seem to difficult... could of did it myself, but too lazy.

Rears, from what I remember, are 19x11 +10 offset with a 255/35

That would definitely require a pull. 11+30 is the limit of tucking rim with stock body on air, 11 +20 is the limit of stock body tucking tire with the quarter panel sitting on the rim.

Hey Joe, not sure if you remember me, but we had a couple transactions in the past when I was still in San Diego. What happened to the red SC? Or did you get it painted?

No problem, I spent so much time and money to make things "perfect" on my car when I originally went air because I could never find the right information on these forums.
