Today I changed the engine oil, diff fluid, and new brakes all around. (Including parking brake shoes)
The shoes had no springs left or pins coming through the backside. It took a lot of research to figure out how everything was to go together. Getting new rotors for the rear the old ones were rusting down to vanes.
And always remember to grease your slide pins. I had two break during removal, even with heat.
Next up, tranny fluid and filter change. And I think I found a power steering fluid leak.

Kinda late posting on this thread for the past months but heres a small list of the projects that I have recently done.

• Installed BC BR Coilovers
• Installed H&R 25mm spacers for rear wheels
• Installed aftermarket headunit
• Replaced lower portion of back seat (had a tear)
• Scrubbed rear seats to remove tire stains from when I was transporting my aftermarket wheels on a rainy day (didnt think to put down a blanket or towel lol )
• Installed Enkei GSRs from an Evo X
• Had a CEL issue so trying to trouble shoot that I replaced rotors, caps, leads (NGK), and plugs (NGK)
• Had 15% tint installed

I think that's it, recently I've been trying to restore sound so I've bought some Kickers speakers for my fronts and rears and removed the stock Nakamichi amp because it's bad and I have an replacement on the way.

Other than that I plan on fixing up the leather seats up front, restoring my headlights. I'm not sure what else I can do maybe BFI...

They’re awesome unless you get caught doing something illegal. 🤣

Mine are vanity plates with a way different design than my state’s normal plates but I couldn’t pick what I wanted these to say. I haven’t seen them on any other cars yet.

haha isn't that the truth? I've always had cars that were distinguished, however, so if I've ever been reported it was never too hard to recognize me lol. Those sound cool - I'd like to do the same here!

Cars that blend in definitely make it easier. I would be in big trouble with my SC or LS, as they stand out too much in traffic. I still want a real custom tag but those take a while to get made.

You should check out what kind of special plates you can get in your state. I live in Oklahoma and there are around 50 different plates to choose from.

I finally wired my HU to the back to bypass the non existing amp to power my four speakers (no subs). After nearly a year of owning my sc I finally have tunes. Might find a way to get my sub working again sometime down the line.
