Yeh, absolutely I laid down a protective wax polish w a hand buffer. Probably one of the reasons my 20 yr old paint job still looks like it does.
But frankly I'm OK w the way it is, after all those yrs its all ready done its job

Radiator swap.... 1 hour of fun plus side got a drop of coolant right in my mouth from the top hose.... what I get for swearing at it... bought a bolt and gasket just in case, didn't need them....

Before and after. **** is the steel CR style from Shift Solutions Co. Learned my lever was hacked off with a saw at some point in the past and the old wooden **** from Toyota was actually quite heavy and countersunk. Nonetheless, the slight weight difference, shape, and appearance are upgrades to me!

Bought a low mileage 95 300 that OD + High gear wasn't working on. Shipped my 95 ECU out to a guy I met on FB. He cleaned and recapped the board for me. Had multiple leaking capacitors. Promptly returned, got it buttoned back up in the car last night. Car started and ran good (it did before too). I'll try and get it out on the road today to see if I have a working OD and high gear.
edit: works amazing, flawlessly. $100 + 1 way shipping for this full service on the ECU. I don't think I could've gotten this done cheaper elsewhere. On top of that he also has a '95 and tested my ECU in his car for me! gonna send him my '92 ECU now :-) I have a suspicion the oil pressure light ive seen the entire cars life with me wont exist anymore
