use aircraft stripper to strip off the paint, then wetsand using 1000, 1500, 2000, then buff it out w/ some sorta aluminum polish.
i did the same to my fn01rc's that used to be bronze, but now
A couple of months ago I was at a local car show/drift event. And one guy had super clean widebody 1st gen miata. He had a set of rims that are the exact same color, but they were actually copper plated if I'm not mistaken. They were like 15" 4 spokes with an insane lip. It looked good because it was a widebody with a lot of aftermarket parts. Those rims in that color wouldn't be bad at all if you had a chrome lip like everyone else says and the body wasn't stock.
I think if they were less saturated and a bit darker they'd set it off. I'm sure the pictures don't do it full justice. How close does it match up to a penny colour? I think that might look cool and would be unique compared to 3rd place loser bronze .

Hey, hey....easy with the "loser bronze", thats the color of my fno1's I have on my SC
Will do, I've thought about bronze myself for my midnight indigo!
That's just what bronze reminds me of though due to medals! Looks legit on green for sure though.
