Angry Guys need help or suggestions on 40 amp fuse and now no power at the IGN

I have a sc300 1jz, since got the car work great never blew a fuse , only replace alternator, today i get out of work, try to start the car no power, no lights, or nothing, no radio, check battery it was more that 12v, walbro pump working fine to, start checking fuses and found only one blew is inside on the driver side, is square one and said 40 amp, so try to use a wire and nothing, so went ahead and buy a new fuse install it and still nothing, so I am thinking could be a relay but no idea witch one.

Also try to find a website for wire diagrams with no luck, if you guys any experience a problem like this let me know how to fix it or a website I can download sc300 manual.

You have a main ignition relay in the fuse box under the hood. Look for the green box.
