Its crazy how old these things are and how common the problem is, yet no one has figured out this issues that supposedly so common its bound to happen =(.
I really hope someone gets to the bottom of this so we can get back to enjoying our cars.

Mine started a little hesistation around 4k - 6k a few days ago, but nothing at idle. I wonder if its the same issue or problem that no one seems to know about how to fix?

Changing the cats (which where about 40-60% clogged) and the front 02 senors decrease the hesitation significantly, but its still there just not as noticeable.
Seems to happen when the car is cold, if I let my car warm up for about 10 minutes it runs perfect. I also found this thread, here. Going to get the rest of my 02's done, change the MAF, wires (spark plugs) and fuel filter when I change my oil soon. If all else fails I'll try the ECU, but I dough its that.

Just wanted to add to the thread so if someone else has this issue and does a search they might have better odds than some of us have had.
93 SC400
I did most of the stuff listed in this thread...
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...on-issues.html
Fresh plugs and cables, pulled them to make sure none were fouled, all were dry
New fuel filter
Unplugged the MAF and issue didn't change, didn't have a meter so I couldn't do that part but no change between MAF connected and MAF unplugged.
Jumpered the fuel ECU, could hear fuel pump whirring away so it's good, no change.
Bought a new coil, tried driving it with new coil in each spot, no change
Replaced Engine Coolant Temp sensor
Cleaned AICV
Adjusted TPS with Meter
Replaced Caps/Rotors
No vacuum leaks
All I can even think of at this point is the "Brain" that controls all of this other stuff.
