Default so trying to put in rsx seats, removed the stock seats now what?

Alright i got some rsx seats i've been trying to put in for a little while,

I know the mounting holes in the rsx are different from the sc and i would like to use the stock mounting holes.

Alright the rsx seat bracket is 18" inches from left to right like and 15 inches long, while the sc is same width and 14" long. So they do fit.

Now onto the idea, I want to weld the SC bracket end peices to the rsx seat rails and I need some ideas on doing this. Here is the bottom of the rsx seat.

The end bracket pieces seem to be held on by some welds and some kind of screw

With an angle grinder i've tried to cut through the welds on the red doted line and the other side

now to the screw thing,

how do i go about removing this? drill through it? I don't think I can remove it any other way.

The SC seats, same idea I want to remove the end back peices so I can reuse them.

I did the same exact thing. Putting the stock mounting bracket on the rsx seat bracket. All you have to do is just grind the whole thing out. The red dotted line is where you cut and those screws that you circled will never come out. (I spent 2 hours trying with no luck in the end) Then you weld it on the rsx bracket and bolt it back on. It's time consuming but very easy to do. Good Luck.

I took off the belt clip from the sc and used the rsx bolt to screw it down. its not going to screw all the way, but it screws it enough for a very tight fit.

seats in

first impressions, the stock sc seats are more comfortable, and alot lower,

My head is now an inch away from the top, sort of through me out of my comfort zone but ill get use to it

Its ok not jumping for joy in them, less body roll but for some reason i feel the road alot more now, idk they'll probably grow on me
