Yes I know that these numbers seem low, but what most people don't realize is that after 1998 the Lexus SC400 was basically a limited production vehicle.
Here are the exact figures from a Lexus press release:
1998 SC 400: 1,243

1999 SC 400: 826
If you really start to pay attention to how many '98,99,00 SC's you see on the road you will notice... not too many. Mostly '95 , some '96, couple of '97.
I believe that the '98+ SC400's are currently way undervalued in the market given their limited production car status and that this will eventually change to more accurately reflect the supply - demand equation.
