If I ever saw an SC driving down the road with racing stripes, a type R badge, powered by sticker, or 9 ft wing, I would run them off the road. I am sure the world will thank me later for the thinning of the gene pool.

Racing Stripes - My **** !
Someone take that boy out back and beat some ******* taste/style in to him.
It's a Lexus you **** not a friggin POS beater. You should now set fire to your car (while your in it), for daring to suggest such heresy.

There are only two vehicles on this planet that look good with big racing stripes, and that would be a '70 Chevelle SS, or a '69 Camaro SS. Make that GENUINE, not fake, SS. Instead of considering big stripes for an SC, why not get a screaming chicken hood decal from a 77 Trans Am. It would give you that real down home Smoky & the Bandit feel! (Just kidding!!

Hey silver spike,, I'm gonna go against popular opinion here & say if u want racing stripes on your car then put racing stripes on your car. If you think it looks good then go for it. It's your car, so it only matters what YOU think! I dont think I'd personally do that to my car, but I would def. like to see what it looks like, & I always love seeing SCs that have their own unique aspects. Good luck w/ your decision.

mind as well go all out and put a pink neon license plate on your SC too. There is a reason why people rip on Honda's, owners of those cars would do ***** like that and not think twice.

Next you're gonna want to do all that 70's thing to your car.
Stripes were the Americana thing applied to the muscle cars
of the late 60's & 70's era. And also TV shows:
Starsky & Hutch,
California Cruising
Smokey & the Bandit
Duke of Hazard
(You get the picture)
In my opionion, all of us on this forum are a reflection of each other, to achieve and maintain the Lexus standard of Beauty and perfection!
Unfortunately there's going to be a few Hillbillies who are just not in tune with the times!
Please do not encourage their mentallity.
IMPRESS YOUR LEX, DRESS IT ACCORDINGLY!!!!
