Awesome story. I love hearing people say "your car is so rare" and "these came in manual?!?" when I tell them it's an original 5speed

i went to get my car tinted and the owner Peter (cali tint) told his workers there was a nice black SC's you dont see too many of them. I smiled and DEMANDED MY TINT! ahah

 

I sold my 3 spoke steering wheel today. The person on here just PM'd me, did post on the for sale thread or anthing. We PM'd back and forth & then he just paid. He's local so i told him Id bring it to him. I told him to call me. He calls & as we began to talk, I could tell it was an older gentleman. Turns out he's 66 & has owned his 95 SC400 for 7-8yrs. The wheel he bought from me today is his 4th wheel to buy. We talked alot more & he seem like a really cool guy & I excited to meet him. He says he has a whole garage full of parts that he has bought but has not installed yet. So I think im gonna make a new friend & be able to help out another CL member & make alittle cash on the side.

I have gotten compliments for my SC from one of the most unusual folks out there...

A cop...

...When she pulled me over, she kept telling me how nice the car was in terms of body lines,colors and condition...She still gave me a ticket though.

 

crazy sc300 same happened to me she kept complimenting my car saying she couldnt believe it was a 95 as she called the tow truck an towed my car lol

the scx00 is a nice car dont get me wrong but a stock sc like someone said in the thread is kinda ugly haha

 

Not when you compare it to other stock cars of similar years. Yeah they are some that look better, but many more that don't even come close to this car.

 

That's like telling a hot 40 year old chick that she looks great for her age....

The 2nd generation looks much more attractive in stock format.
I noticed a lot of people slow down on the freeway, till they get in my blind spot to check out the car, then they give me
thumbs up.

 

I do love my car though. i finally bought its first upgrade today!
