Default 92 sc400 bad cylinder?

Hi
I had the starter replaced at the shop. car ran great for a week, then it would idle low400 rpm and then run on like 5 cylinders, took to lexus shop they put in 8 plugs and car ran fine for 30 minutes strong as ever.
after 30 minutes it started running on 6 cylinders, took to another shop and they say i have no compression in cylinder 7. weird? did leak down test etc.
called lexus dealership and they said it could be unburned gas in the cylinder causing a no compression reading.
cant afford to bring it to lexus and dont trust shop that said cylinder 7 bad.
any ideas?
thanks car has 245k miles and has always run strong and i dont dog it either.
anyone ever have a cylinder or valve go bad on sc400.
could it still be a maf, coil? tps?
thanks everyone
