Fans can revolve quite fast just about the same as the engine's rpm. So you started from a dead stop, I figure the fan hit the shroud at about 1500 - 2000 rpms, that will do quite a bit of damage.
You just have to make sure the electric fans you are switching to flows enough to produce an efficient amount of cooling. I purchased my car with electric fans and the temperature runs normal.
One thing, electric fans are loud.

lol drifting hell now i was turning around there cuz some car was trying to pass me up and i was hell naw i dnt wnt him to hit me either so i went fast. Drifting ****** i wish i could on my car but no $ so i keep unique by its look and well try hard to spoiled it
