The Worst Morning Ever With My lexus Sc300
Today around early 7:00A.M I was driving my car. So I was at the light waiting for the light to give me the signal to turn a right, when it turned green I started to turn BANGGGGGGG!!!!! something hit my windshield I was like WTF!!!!! It looked like ice hit the windshield and I thought it was a guy that was about to cross the cross-walk. I pulled over at a gas station firts thing i saw was my hood.
IT WAS DENTED FROM THE INSIDE TO THE POINT VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE!!!!. I was like shocked, I was wondering what the hell happen inside the hood. So I opened it and guess what happened???? The Fan touched the Black cover attached to the radiator, and it caused chaos man
. I put some pics up tomorrow......

I had this happen and it broke my fan. But when the pulley came off, the belt some how jumped back on the crank stub and the tenstioner tightened the belt back up. It got me 30 more miles down the road.

Damn that sucks. Sorry to hear.
That same thing happened to me when I had my 240sx. But instead, the 240sx has vacuum lines on top of the fan shroud and when it broke, those got tangled in the fan and ripped it out and broke my water pump. And it also pulled out my power steering belt.
