Default A/C light blinking again after new compressor

So I got my compressor replaced about 4 months ago and everything has been working fine. Then about 4 days ago I noticed my air wasn't as cold...I used the thermometer and it checked out about 52 degrees. This morning the A/C light started to blink again, so I ran a diag like this and I got the double 00 so I am confused what my issue is.

ROUBLE SHOOTING
SELF-DIAGNOSTICS
An Electronic Control Unit (ECU) within A/C-heater control
panel monitors system circuits and stores trouble codes in memory if
problems are detected. All codes, except Codes 22 and 23, are stored
in memory. Malfunction is current if Code 22 or 23 is displayed. To
retrieve stored codes, see RETRIEVING CODES. Codes are displayed at
temperature display. See Fig. 2.
RETRIEVING CODES
1) Simultaneously press and hold AUTO and recirculated air
switches. See Fig. 2. Turn ignition on. All indicators will flash 4
times, at one-second intervals. Tone will sound when indicators flash.
2) A/C system will enter self-diagnostic mode. To end
indicator check, press and release OFF switch. Read codes at
temperature display.
3) If trouble code is displayed, proceed to appropriate
trouble shooting procedure. See DIAGNOSTIC CODE IDENTIFICATION table.
Codes are displayed in ascending order. To slow rate at which codes
are displayed, press fresh air button to change display to step
operation. Each time fresh air button is pressed, display changes by
one step.
4) If tone sounds as code is displayed, problem currently
exists. If tone does not sound as code is displayed, problem occurred
in past and does not presently exist.

So it will not blow out cold air either? It's like the clutch engages for a few seconds then cuts off

You guys may have to have AC gauges put back on to see what the pressures are reading.

Sounds like a slow leak in the system from an improperly re-fitted linkage or fitting. Have the system coolant volume analyzed.

My AC blinks sometimes and barely any air will come out. If I turn it off and turn it back on, it's usually fine though.

Chances are if they replaced your compressor they would have added dye into the system while recharging. If you have access to a black light you can easily locate the leak, if any. Recharging freon is a somewhat precise process; too little, not enough pressure to kick on the compressor. Too much, keeps the compressor from kicking on. If you check your engine bay you'll see a sticker for the amount of freon, average car will take 1.5 to 2 pounds of freon from a state of vacuum.

I'm going to pick up this this weekend and check my levels

I added some freon into the system about 2 months ago, I wonder if I need to pump air out of the compressor

Ugh I found out I was out of freon, guess a small leak. Anyways I started charging it and got it to about +19 on the gauge and the compressor kicked off. It seems like the low pressure switch keeps turning off my compressor. How in the hell can you charge a system when it keeps turning itself off grrrr

So I tried shorting out 2 pins on the low pressure switch to keep the compressor but maybe I did it wrong because it would never kick on, any help would be greatly appreciated.
