What's it worth? 94 SC300 - 5spd - 83k Miles
Looking to purchase an sc300 and boost it as a project car. I found a pretty clean 94 sc300 5spd locally. It has only 83k miles, all the service records and no accidents but I'll have to check the VIN to be sure.
They were asking 7999 for the car and I've got him down to 5500. KBB shows private party resale to be 6100 in excellent condition.
The car seems to be in really good condition for the age. The interior is really clean and the exterior of the car is free of any blemishes I was pretty impressed. I haven't driven it yet but I wanted to check out what you guys think if it'd be a good buy at 5500. I'll prolly drive it and offer him less and see if he bites.

I currently have an IS300, 5spd that I daily. I was originally gonna boost the IS but I refuse to boost it and build it when it's my only vehicle and daily. Any feedback is much appreciated!

Since you said you are going to boost it, a low milage SC would be a better choice. I picked mine up with 150k on the clock because I plan on swapping a GTE in. That right there is a good platform for you.
