so i decided to put my 97 front bumper on and also my wheels just to see what it will look like. can't go lower yet because i haven't rolled my fronts and shave my rears. so yes..i am going lower, just can't yet...BUT hopefully soon!
also... i had some thoughts of making a lip for the 97 that wasn't too low. I went to home depot and bought a 8 foot long(i think it was that long) piece a metal that is used to cover the split between carpet and tile. it's about 1 and 3/8 inches wide.
slowly but surely she's getting to how i wanted her. next steps are complete repaint, shave fenders, and roll fronts, fog lights, polish my headlights, and that should be done for the exterior. i don't make tons of money, so it will be a long on going project. i may paint her myself. =)

never heard of using metal, the only Home Depot lip I've ever heard of was using a roll of garage door rubber, 3M double sided mounting tape, and a blowdryer. Looks like a lip and will protect your bumper from scraping to a certain extent. Of course, the real deal is usually the better route to take in most cases. anyways, looks really good

Its gonna get painted black or matching white. Ill try black first if I really keep it on. Im most likely going lower on the front. Just to bring the nose down alittle. On thing I dont like on the sc's,are that they front bumper sits higher than the rest of the car.
