I haven't since August and it's really hard to drive around. I'll purposely go 10+ miles under the speed limit and I brake early to give the people behind me a chance to slow down or move over, but they think it's more fun to try to rear end me, honk, and flip me off rather get in the other lane.
It wasn't a big deal to not have them until people started to purposely attempt to rear end my SC and I can't have that. Turn signals for the win!
I actually didn't take drivers ed. I don't think most people would know what to do if I used the arm signals. I think they'd get mad and try to hit me.

I see somebody doing that (in a lexus, no less), f*$@ the brake, i'm slamming on the gas (in the dd, of course)
I may not need to solder yet. It looks like aliga does have a harness for me. What I'll need now is a jack to lift the car up and connect the harness.
Most people try to hit the gas because they think hitting my old school Lexus will make them rich.
i wish u would have posted this sooner i literally just shipped out that harness. how did u rub thru if u relocated the harness?
To be honest, I have no idea. We relocated it really high into the fender, but it still got eaten up. The it didn't help that my car was literally one inch off the ground either.
I didn't think to post about it until yesterday. Is it hard to remove the old harness and hookup the new one?
so the harness was still in the wheel well? im planning on taking mine out and routing it thru the engine bay hopefully ur situation wont happen to me. sorry to hear about it though.
run it through the engine bay, trust me (I relocated higher up in the fender as well but still chewed it through ) the wheel has to rub through the frame before it can get to the harness.

Yeah, it's still in the wheel well. Routing it through the engine bay is your best bet. You definitely don't want this to happen to you. I got lucky and only lost my turn signals. For everyone else, it usually more serious than that.

That's looking like the best idea right now. I just need to get the money to aliga so I can get a new harness from him. I never thought I'd miss my turn signals so much.
