Is It Possible To Buy Another Fender Wiring Harness From The Dealership?
Over the summer, my fender wiring harness got cut up pretty bad from being slammed. I did relocate it, but it still got cut up and now I no longer have turn signals. Is it possible to buy another one or is only option to re-solder the wires together?
you still got my number? I'm willing to take a look at it, see wtf is going on.
Yeah, I've still got your number. I'll text you later on today. My wires are pretty cut up so I will have to solder the wires back together or find a new harness.

At the moment, I'm in Oklahoma City and there aren't any SC's at the junkyards around here, but did see them quite a bit in Dallas. Where at in Texas did you find that SC?
I would resolder them together to save you the headache of swapping the harness just for blinkers. Just match up the color of the chewed up wire and locate the other and extend it through the engine bay.

I was going to have a friend do it since he is a lot better at soldering and has worked on my car before. The only problem is that the harness is pretty chewed all the way around and a huge wire is disconnected. It'll be a ton of work unless I can get a cheap harness.
i got a lot of wires laying around from a different toyota harness that we can cut up if u want. its not that hard to find a similar color wire and just solder and shrink wrap them back together... alot cheaper that way...

For real? Do you know how to solder? I've never done it and I don't have a soldering iron either.

I haven't since August and it's really hard to drive around. I'll purposely go 10+ miles under the speed limit and I brake early to give the people behind me a chance to slow down or move over, but they think it's more fun to try to rear end me, honk, and flip me off rather get in the other lane.
It wasn't a big deal to not have them until people started to purposely attempt to rear end my SC and I can't have that. Turn signals for the win!

My car was so low that I cut grooves into my tire, got crazy camber wear, and destroyed most of my harness. My front bumper was ONE inch off the ground and this was on a stock bodied 93 SC with no lip or anything.
What suspension are you on? Soldering isn't hard you can practice and irons are pretty cheap around 10 bucks. You just get lead and touch the tip of the iron and let it melt onto the wires.

I'm currently on Megan Supra TT coilovers. When the harness got destroyed, I had OEM Supra TT struts and Falken springs. The springs were way too bouncy and kept causing the body to crash down on the tires. I got rid of those real quick! The Megans don't rub though.
I might give soldering a shot if I can get a good iron and some practice.
