Default What's she worth?!

Hey I have a 1992 Lexus SC400 and I am thinking about getting a better one.. so I am wondering what Club Lexus thinks my car is worth..
Basic:

1992 Lexus SC400
Pearl White (new) could use some touch ups in some places, but paint looks good.
300,300 Miles

Mods:

Pioneer Double Dine DVD player
Wired for subwoofers with 4 guage wire
Yellow top optima battery
18" mazzi wheels, Decent rims.. IMO better than stock. lol
Cornering light mod

Pros:
New power steering pump
New alternator
Just passed emissions
New tabs
seats have no tears or rips or blemishes ( no one hardly rides in my car besides my girl)
Everything electrical works
Installing new alpine type S steakers all around, even tweaters
transmissions shifts smoothly, engine runs strong, ( I don't know why she runs so well with such high mileage? it suprises me too..)
Only premium shell or chevron fuel
Oil change every 3k miles with High mileage/ synthetic at jiffy lube
New heavy duty snow wiper blades
No dash lights come on such as, engine, brakes, oil,.. I forget the correct name, but yeah

She always starts up.. even in 12 degree weather.. Doesn't smoke.

Cons:
The carpet is not in good condition, just a lot of black stains
Door panel window switches won't stay in
Window trim is cracked
Needles dead besides the gas needle.
Climate control is bleeding, but not as bad as others. still can see everything.
Antenna is broke
needs brakes ( getting new drilled/slotted brakes this christmas)
Steering rack bushings are out ( Installing new daizen bushings this weekend)
Needs a new lip.. ( i have the one it came with, but it broke in half.. It's fixable, but I don't know how to bondo and stuff..)
Front lights have condensation ( fixing this weekend with the oven trick)
3rd brake light doesnt work ( fixing soon )

I wouldn't pay over 1k... Max 1.5k if I was in a rush to get a car.

Yes, you rather part it out, or sell it for more to a person who appreciate the car. If it's a good running vehicle you can sell it for 3 if you're lucky.

i'd fix all the little things wrong with it then swap in another engine. the interior stuff is cheap and doesnt take much time, and you can use a LS or Supra brake upgrade. parting it out takes a lot of time and if youre planning to purchase a new one you'll be taking a loss, the car might be in bad shape but with a little TLC you can get it to where you want it. just my .02

those miles will scare off everyone
your better off keeping it till she croaks

and then sell it as a junk car. You'd prob get the same amount if you sold it as a good running car
