Toan,

Did you replaced the brushing yourself or had the shop worked on it? How much did it cost?

Default I got a shop to do it.

I did this AAAAGEEESSS ago when I first got my car as the suspension was "squeaking". I paid a bit more at the time since as far as I knew, I was one of the first people to change bushes as the problem just started developing in the older models. I ordered my parts from Whiteline in Sydney and had them fit locally, all up only AUS$350 for both front and rear control arm bushes. ALSC have a deal going in their marketplace section http://www.lexus.australia.as/entry.htm where you can get the bushes for about AUS$260 (apparently these are the proper bushes). Add in another AUS$100 for a shop to install.

But as I said before, best go to a suspension specialist to make sure that's the problem first. Dont go to a lexus dealer or K-Mart auto as they wouldnt know where to start (good place to start is asking at supraforums for a reputable place that isnt too costly). I actually got the diagnosis for free, as the shop I go to is pretty cool. All he did was shake the car sideways and told me my bushes are loose. I guess you really gotta know what you're doing.

Toan.
