DGR Fabrication...
Well after placing my order 2 weeks ago for my LSX mounts, I find out today that the isolators for the transmission were on back order, and my mounts were barely shipped out today...why I wasnt told ahead of time, not sure. On top of that, I was told on 12/2 that they were being shipped out that day...
For $800, I would have expected a bit better. Glad I only have to deal with them one time. Hopefully the quality of the mounts is better.

Maybe they didnt find out til that day (12/2) when they said they were going to ship them, that they were out of them. some times inventory isnt always up to date. at least they did get shipped

Yeah man.... it always sucks to get shafted like that. I remember ordering a clutch from" Suprastore" a while back and had to wait over a month for them to pick up the phone to even get the status of the order... and of course after a month it hasn't even been shipped yet, so the whole thing was a big PITA.

No they told me on 12/2 that the isolators had already come in, and the mounts were being shipped the same day. Didnt have anything to do with inventory, more like lack of communication/honesty between customer and shipper..no excuse for it.

My edumucated guess (because I have been dealing with DGR for awhile now)... the mfg who makes the isolators was beating around the bush with DGR on the back order. That hindered when DGR could ship you the mounts. And, perhaps DGR didnt know the isolators were on Backorder UNTIL the mfg told them.
Waiting a couple weeks is nothing for a custom part like these mounts, no matter if its for the billet portion or the isolators. If the mounts themselves werent in stock, you'd be waiting A LOT longer!
So before you start bashing a company that gave you an update AND shipped the mounts already, you should be lucky you got one of the last sets of the billet mounts they have that are IN STOCK!

I wouldnt be complaining provided I would have been told from the start, like most manufacturers will do. Instead they gave me the run around about already having the isolators, then a week later, tell me they just got them. So before you try to back them up, re-read my post.
Im not saying they have bad products, simply stating their overall communication and shipping time is unacceptable. Only way I will see any of this differently, is when my mounts arrive and depending on the overall quality. Had I known it would take 2 weeks, I would have either made my own mounts, or had these shipped to my new house. But with no notification that items were on back order, and then being told they had already been shipped, its a downfall on them.
This thread isnt for opinions, just to give a heads up to anyone placing an order with them, be sure they stay in contact with them and get information about anything that might be on back order ahead of time.

i like to get things soon after I pay for them or an explanation as to why they are delayed.
It doesn't matter if its their fault or the manufacturers, If you have to call them after supposedly waiting for a part that wasn't even sent yet then its not really good service is it. exact reason I ordered my LCA bushings from Jegs and not assaultech.
Hope you get it worked out soon Turbodremz, can't wait to see the SC570.

I will get it sorted, hopefully the mounts will show up before Im completely out of my current house. As for updates for my build, well they will be a bit behind schedule.
