Just being helpful here, Xmas and New Years *may* cause delays. Since it's only 2 weeks I'd wait until the first to actually send it, regardless of when ordered if you are on a tight schedule. The current xmas sale / versus when you send it is not relevant to each other, but I think it would be helpful for me to at least suggest this.

I thought if you put the key in while the cluster is not attached you start throwing codes. Then you have to reset the ECU? can anyone elaborate/ confirm what i'm talking about?

It never threw off anything for me, I ran without cluster and cc couple times. If it does, just unplug the battery for a min then plug it back and it should reset the ecu

you will throw the airbag light if the key is turned while the cluster is disconnected.

which means when you reinstall your cluster the airbag light will be on and you must reset it.

to reset the light you have to under the hood to the diagnostic port and with 2 wire leads probe ports TC and AB. turn the key in the ignition switch to "on" but do not start the car. you will then alternate the leads from the diagnostic port on the negative battery terminal

If you have auto, your transmission will not use the last gear, i couldnt drive on the highway last time i did it, it wasnt going past 3rd. Try it and see first.

This happened to me when I disconnected mine and sent it in after getting the bulbs replaced. Till this day I still have the DAmn air bag light lit . I tried the reset procedure numerous times but did not suceed.

But YES, to answer your question..
