That makes this picture a non GTE, regular GE?

Mildly confusing. One has oil but no coolant if the below pic is GTE as suggested, then one has coolant and oil if it is suggested in the pic up above. Which is which?

If it has both oil and coolant it IS GTE?

OLT that is a GTE in that pic, but the coolant drain plug is hidden by the pipe, trust me its there... it would be right below that last freeze plug on the left, but the pipe is in the way. If you look at the pic i posted of my 1jzgte notice the pipe is straight and not bent.... even with the pipe straight you can barely see the drain plug.
