Adding heated seats option

Has ever tried to add heated seats option to a non heated seats car

I believe non-heated seat cars already come with the plug in harness...all you have to do is buy the necessary parts and voila! You have heated seats.

^ That's sorta what I thought as well, but I have yet to see anyone do this or proove it to be true..
