Default No power to HVAC

Well I just bought a sc300 yesterday. I have big plans for it, but first things first. Living in Cincinnati this is kind of important, but I have no power to the HVAC. Meaning none of the buttons light up nor do they control anything. Im new to SC's so where should I start first when troubleshooting this. Thank for any help in advance.

Here is pic of said car. Need good amount of interior and body work, but thats half the fun Got it for 2,500, 180k, Auto, Tan, 19inch stag wheels, springs.

Start checking all the fuses making sure none of them are dead.

Driver side kick panel and engine bay right behind the battery in the black box.

Been watching that sale for a while, personally I would have took the black 5spd over that one as it's rust free and well, has a 5spd. Not a bad deal though, but it does need a paint job (drivers side front fender).

Yeah I looked at both but the 5 speed was salvaged (he failed to mention that in the ad ) And he still wouldnt come off the price. I got this car for 2500 which was 1500 under what he was asking. This car needs a TON of cosmetic work but I love restoring cars. I was into Contour SVT's previously, and bought many junkers and got them looking beautiful. First thing Im doing to this is stripping the whole interior out, washing EVERYTHING, getting new front and rear seats, and fixing the HVAC. Then Ill be getting a new fender, door (paint matched) and see if I can save the paint. Then I will be getting the rust fixed. Then either 2jzgte or 1jzgte. Found both in cincy for under 2k WITH a R154 tranny Ill post up pics when I get home. The car was extremely abused inside.
