18" x 8" Wheels, what tire size on stock ride height?

They ISx50 wheels are supposed to be 225/40/18 in the front and 255/40/18 in the rear. I would stick with that.

when i go lower im going to a 35 series or maybe even a 30

Ok So I think I'm going to get the 225/40's for the front, and would it matter if I went a little thinner in rear, 245/40's? Save a little money and wouldnt look much different anyway...
