Default RPM problem

Just did a tune up today, I have a 93 Sc300 auto, and I notice when I drive 0-60 the rpm won't go past 2k, but it shifts fine. I don't know what it is, could it be a bad ecu?

Was this a preexisting problem or something that happened after the tune up?

well along with the tune up I changed out distributor o ring seal and valve cover seals cause it was bad and leaking. I still have to change out the belt tensioner cause it makes a knocking noise, and the cam seals cause it's leaking don't know if that is contributing to the low rpm
