not a vapor line. it literally returnes excess fuel to the gas tank. 1jz/2jz engines use a fuel return type system. there is a diaphragm on the front of the rail that regulates the fuel pressure. all the excess fuel thats bled off is passed through the diaphragm and returned to the fuel tank

there is another hard line down by your fuel feed line on the body itself. the other line returnes the fuel
