Default Going to pull motor out soon, need advice

Im going to be pulling my motor out next week after Vegas. This is my first time doing this so Id like any advice or tips so things could go as smooth as possible. Id hate to remove parts that arent necessary and have to do things twice.

I Have a few questions-

-Do I have to remove the whole exhaust system to drop the driveshaft?

-Whats the best way to remove the driveshaft? Do I have to remove it as a whole or part of it?

-Is there anything I need to know about removing the clutch and installing?

I replaced the clutch about 10K miles ago and had the flywheel resurfaced. I helped with the process but forgot all the small details.

I know I should get a new clutch kit and all but times are tough. I put most of what I can afford into the build and just want to BOOST for the first time.

me i remove the catback it's simple and you have more place

when you reinstall it be sure that your flywheel bolt are tight and the best is to use the tool alignement for the clutch i think for the rest is simple

what i do for ease of removal and installation is i take the whole wire harness with the motor... i disconnect the ECU and the other misc plugs that are at the foot of the passenger seat and pull them through the firewall... this way you dont have to rip your whole motor apart to get the wires out... besides the main harness coming through the firewall there are a few near the alternator, rack and battery... you also have to disconnect some ground wires and the starter wire... it will make your life a hell of a lot easier... i pulled my motor and trans out together and put them back in together with harness already attached so its like plug and play

also what was said in the previous post about removal is spot on and exactly what i would do as well
