Default SC300 wiper problem

Ok so heres the problem, my windshield wipers randomly turn on coincidently when im driving after about 2500rpm, i try toggling the switch, nothing happens they just keep wiping, and then when i slow down or come to a complete stop they shut off, mind you this doesnt always happen but 3/5 times this problem persists.... I'm completely oblivious as to what it could be, i take very good care of this car, any ideas as to what the problem could be? Thanks..

Is your car lowered? Check to see if the driver's side front tire has chewed up the wiring harness.

Reviving this thread I swear I have automatic wipers. Only happens when it rains which is good but it's a pain in the *** when it's not raining and the road is wet.

Had Anyone else dealt with this

Same here, only happens after a lot of rain, then it's on all the time (wet road doesn't trip it). Toggle doesn't shut it off but goes to the fastest setting. I'm thinking it's a leak into wiper relay, or motor somewhere. Have been lazy to look into it. Focus on my other mods more.
