Props for doing your own paint, but like everyone else is saying, you could have done a few things differently. I'm sure it will look good overall, it will just be small details. I can say I wouldn't have taken the risk when I was a teenager, and I still wouldn't now haha. Extensive body work is the one thing that I leave to professionals.

Man you guys are really putting a lot of work into it, that's for sure. I would spray some high build on that fender and block it out again to get it flat. If you dont you will always kick yourself. I look forward to the final shots.

if ur out of paint now the best step wil to be to block it down with 1200 grit paper after u clear and use a finishing DA it will act like 1500 grit paper take ur time and dont rush

Looks good! I would definatly sand that fender down and repaint it, you will never be happy unless you fix it. Good job overall, looking forward to finished pictures.

yeah man keep it up. It takes me back when I was a senior in high school I picked up a older 1st gen rx7 and had to paint the fender. Should have done it myself. Im sure it would have been fun.

Update! well the car is dry with a buttload of dust from the paint. school got closed early due to a massive snow storm. i didnt have Auto Class today but i did come in the morning so heres the product before clearcoat. and its dust thats on the car, and i had to pull my car out because some guy is repainting his teggy.
