i went 150 straight out of the dealership when i got the car.. when i came back home i went straight to the bathroom .

When my SC400 was stock did 151 verified with gps. Actually felt quite stable, but was going dead straight on a very flat road.

I HIGHLY doubt that. Even if you had 1k rpm to go, that doesn't mean you had the power to get there. A stock 300 won't do 160.

I measured a top speed of 270.9km/h (168mph) on the gps withe my sc400. Only mods are bfi and cats. Very very long straight thoe...

I hit 135 mph a few times. I could gone faster, but I quit after that. This was when my car was bone stock. I've read that the SC300 tops out at 146 mph though. My friend hit 150 in a second generation LS400.

Damn car starts vibrating like crazy at 70+. I've had the tires balanced and aligned a few times. Nothing I can do about it other than get another set of daily wheels I guess.

you guys are a bunch of pansies. I've hit my limiter multiple times with studded snow tires and once Ive even steered the car with my knee @ 150 while I lit up a cigarette. I can't wait to get that limiter removed (and install a 5 speed) to see what it'll actually do.
