So Lexus rated the SC300 at 146MPH top speed with the 5 speed manual. At 220hp assuming it was left in the gearing even an additional 20 hp would only gain about 4MPH. There are no NA mods that will net you over 240hp, so let's cut through any of that. That being said you're still looking at a LOT of road for a 240hp car to hit 150. I can tell you that it took a strong BPU supra and a K04 S4 about 2.5 miles of road to hit 150 from 60. Each of those cars has double the power of an NA SC

I have been 120mph on about a 2 mile stretch right before I was going to take the exit to go home off of a highway. Verified by my Garmin GPS. I might could have gone faster, but I didn't really care to.

Ive hit the 150 mark in my 98sc400, but now that i have the supra 3.76 lsd diff, it hits the speed limiter @ 128 cause the car thinks is going 152 or whatever the speed limiter is. The computer doesnt know i have a different diff in the car. I just knows that Im in
5th gear & im taching 5300 rpms & its thinks its going 150 something.

I hit 159 mph on my 95 sc400 but i didnt measure the distance it took. there's usually no cops by da highway i drive by.
