Default need some knowledge

what size turbo would be nice for running stock internals..
i want to go na-t but just dont know which way to go, i dont want massive crazy power but i do want something there. i need some thing thats not too expensive, any inputs appreciated.

Holset HX35. Midsized frame, can be had for very cheap, and make great power.

What turbo said, or if you're looking to spend a little more money you can pick up a Turbonetics 60-1 turbo. Good turbo. I beat on it constantly and never had a problem, spooled nice and made 420whp
