Default Bulb # for Climate LCD Screen

I have tried the 3mm and 5mm led diodes from ebay but they have burned out on me everytime i turn it on. What bulb number does the Climate LCD Screen use??? There are three of them.

LEDs burning out means they are overloaded. LEDs need resistors to be albe to handle 12v.
are you just replacing the old bulbs with LEDs or did you do anything special to the electrical?

Just replaced bulbs with led diodes. Do I need to install an resistor on one leg of the led diode and then connect it? Nothing special done to the electrical.
