am i missing a lot of stuff for my steering wheel?
this is a wheel i just bought i have a feeling its missing quite a few things or its the wrong kind, can anyone help me out?

^ not true, I have a single stage from an 03 RX I believe. It would fit that wheel from the looks. You can't use any single stage airbag, only the ones with factory chrome emblems will fit that wheel (like below) IIRC.
Just make sure the airbag is 01+ and has a single plug. Any of those will work.

ive talked to him its from a 2000 celica, single stage.
glad i only got this wheel for $35, its hassling me! haha

Not sure on that one.
2001+ should fit, 2000 shouldn't.
However, that picture of the air bag in that eBay link LOOKS like it would work to me. But I cant be certain.
It may be that 2000 Lexus wheels were the old style while the toyota's were upgraded a year sooner.

as i am looking around each of the backings on the 00-05 look just like this.

I think you need the wiring squib, its yellow and allows the cruise/airbag to connect to that; resembles the 2000+ toyota celica steering wheel as well (just no buttons for the UP/Down or the auto trans.
