toyomoto makes shippable kits and does what ever custom you want in house also....they do the shippable kits so anyone can have the boost on there lexus.....but if you want something custom like my set up its totaly doable also.....mine is like a stage 8 now...lol.....
as for SP. they can get toyomoto kits or do a custom of there own....if there in your backyard id highly reccommend them...in either way...buying a toyomoto kit for install or getting a custom kit.....either way i would feel very comfortable telling you to go there...Jeff

Does anyone know what kind of down time we are dealing with here?
Like how many days will the car actually be in the shop?
Many of us have only 1 car and it's a pretty important issue....
unless of course they have 'loaner' cars that has 600hp

Swing by sometime, you would actually have to email cory for a password now because we locked it down due to the huge increase in riceboys making ignorant posts, and now you have to have permission to post.

Down time on a mild Toyomoto kit will be less than 7 days. I started out with some basic auto skills, but no real experience on the SC300. It took myself and a buddy of mine approx 70 hours of labor. (two people work less efficiently than one) A competent shop could do it easily in half the time. If I were to do it again it would take me around 30 hours by myself. Would be a Friday to Tuesday type of job with a full weekend of wrenching. I'm sure that Lance can install one of these in a day and a half. Its all about knowing what has to come off and having the right tools by your side.
No Toyomoto parts have ever failed on me or even caused me
the slightest bit of grief.

My Toyomoto kit has also been gold. Installed it myself.
Took me just under a week to get it running. Now that I know the problem spots, a few days max. Less if I have a lift and all the right tools.
Get either Toyomoto or get SP to build you one. I have a feeling the SP setup will end up costing a bit mire.

Hmm, so say I drive down to Miami, drop my car off at Toyomoto and have them install the kit, go rent a car and enjoy the city for a couple days. come back and they should be done with the car and I can drive it home? That doesnt sound like a bad plan at all...
