[RIGHT]I need some help removed both old struts and snapped on the inner ring arm. Then screwed on bolts for the ball joints, but it ended up being 1/4-1/2 inch to long past the trunk arm bolt hole.
Even with the trunk extended all the way up.
[RIGHT]Any help would be appreciated, and I also tried to push armed in to snap balljoint in place didn't work

Well I replace trunks struts about a week ago and I had a similar problem. I pushed the trunk lid up all the away really really hard. Then used a extending poll the prop it up. Then with 2 hands push the strut in just a little and snapped the strut on. I did have to remove the retaining clamp on the ball socket side and then reinstall it once the strut was in place.
My struts came from AutoZone.

There is a rubber (square) stop just remove it and it will give you the extra 1/2 inch. Just open your trunk and see where the trunk arm makes contact with the stop. After you install the lifts just pop the rubber stop back on.
