Welcome!!
I have a 92 SC400 with 350K miles...all orig. except:
tranny (replaced with salvage unit at 300K)
Have done 2 PS pumps and Alt (PS leak; watch out!!)
Full brakes.
New Injen Cold air intake ($200; 1 hr easy install)
Eibachs/Tokico suspension.
17" wheel and Mid-profile tires.
Looks like new and runs better!
The intake, susupension and wheels/tires were the best options I could recommend.

P.S valve Adj
According to the Lexus dealer, they no longer recommend valve adjustment...ever...very expensive ($1500) due to the shim adj an four cams (used to take my a day to do 12 valves on my XKE,,,so 32 would be a *****!)
