Bell takes both 14 and 17mm, pressure plate is 12mm as is some misc stuff here and there along the way. Tranny mount is 14mm, Driveshaft is 17 mm. Flywheel = 14mm, and a 12 point socket is required. REMEMBER, flywheel bolts are 'torque-to-yield' and cannot safely be reused!! (PP bolts can though) Flywheel bolts are part number 90910-02103 and you need 8 of them. I believe Pembroke Pines had the very best price on them at $44.40 for the set (5.55 ea.).

Afterthought; are you doing this with a lift or off the floor? If you're doing it off the floor, I'd highly recommend you look carefully at Shern's thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/4637416-post1.html for some excellent pics and info. FYI, you can pick up that tranny jack for $60 at Harbor Freight (with a 20% off coupon from the back of most any car magazine), and as he mentions, it's well worth it.

A quick note to add if you go that route; the bell housing is 14" tall and the jack saddle (fully lowered) is 8", so you'll need to raise the car up at least 22" if you want to roll the tranny out from under the car while it's still on the jack. You don't want to go too high though, because the total lift of the jack will max out right at about that point too (meaning before it reaches the tranny). That being said, it's really not that heavy of a tranny if you feel up to a bit of bench pressing. Tranny jacks are just a little more civilized is all.

Have a long extension (24" or longer if you have it and a swivel end it will help a lot with the top 2 bolts. That's my 2 cents to help you out.

I picked up this set at the store specifically for this very job.

http://www.harborfreight.com/hand-to...set-67976.html

There's no pic of them, but the set includes:
Sizes: 3", 6", 10" and 18"

...and yes, the exhaust comes off. Best to do it as a complete assembly like Shern shows it.

Just buy the tranny jack from harbor freight, pretty inexpensive and makes the job that much easier. I did my swap in about 5 hours.

Haha, too funny. I ordered bolts from Pembroke Pines and they were back ordered from SoCal (I'm in NorCal), so I had to wait for ground from SoCal to FLA, then back to NorCal; Plus, it was all during those snowstorms recently.

What clutch setup did you go with?

Random thoughts . . .
Did you use an alignment tool when you bolted the disc and PP down? Assuming you did, does the tool insert and remove easily after they were fully tightened? Is the tool well centered within the circle of the PP diaphragm spring? Does it feel like the tranny shaft is engaging the disc splines ok, but then getting hung up in the last 1/2" or so on the pilot bearing? Did you clean and polish the tip of the tranny shaft real good (with a Scotchbrite pad or something) and then lube it so that it would easily insert into the pilot bearing. Is the pilot bearing new? If it feels like the tranny shaft isn't even engaging the disc splines, did you try rotating the output shaft splines a little, back and forth, while in gear to find proper rotational alignment for the input shaft?
