omg
finally got my power steering repaired
after buying an aftermarket pump i still had problems
so thats 500 in the hole there
so my young mechanic told me my rack and pin was shoot
i read thru this thread and another one but came to the conclusion it couldnt be the rack n pinon
soooooooooooooooooooooo
i found a old timer mechanic to take a look at it
and it was the return hose
he took it off and found a tiny micro hole in the piping
he took it home brazed it and snap it back in place
now everything is back to normal
so at the end of the day it wasnt the pump or rack just the hose
so relieved plus i found me a trusty mechanic thats local and rides around with a 3 ton jack in his van lol
im so happy i dont even kno what to do wit myself
