Default bulbs

can someone clarify for me. what are the small bulbs next to the main headlamps? one of mine is out, and I bought some amber to replace it,
but those are for turn signals. I am having a tough time figuring out how to get those out. do I need to remove the headlight assembly? TIA.

Just twist the bulb holder and pull out.

I tried this, and I can't get my hands far enough in there. It's the left side, so I have two choices, pull the battery, or pull the headlight assembly. I really don't want to do either one. Is there something I am missing here to get the outer bulb out?

Those are city lights. Bulb 194. You might need to take out the battery to get it out on tr drivers side . You can reach it with your hand, but it's a tight fit. Try sone needle nose pliers.
