the car still runs perfectly, and doing an engine swap might be extremely expensive into a 240sx... if repairs cost over 2500, i dont think itll be worth it, i mean, even the chassis is destroyed, its a shame..i love this car and had huge plans for it :\ i could easily find a 240 for not that much luckily, but i will keep this car seeing as how it still runs perfectly fine, and might part it out and consider selling the engine along with parting it out seeing as how the engine will make me at least 1000 and the fenders and spoiler and front should also add to it, so i should be looking at least 2000 from parting it out right?

Yeah, seriously, what the hell were you doing?
Hopefully you'll prove me wrong, but if you were street racing/hot rodding it on the public roads, then consider it a hard lesson learned. Too many people with nice cars think they're race car drivers. I'm all for speed/
drifting/racing, but do it in a safe place that won't endanger others and will limit the danger to yourself and your car - IE a TRACK.
Regardless, it always sucks to wreck a car that you're close to.

I can totatally agree with the last statement. Let us know what you decide to do. If you love the car and passionate about it, then fix it and continue to drive it. But what if something like this happens again, are you willing to fix it again and pay out the whyzoo in $$$. The decision is yours.

My car had very, very similar damage. It was repaired, not by me but the previous owner. It was an insurance deal, and the car's value was about $10K when the damage happened, so they decided to fix it. Aside from the somewhat ugly, re-straightened I-beam under the trunk carpet, all is fine.
