I have TT as my summer which I am going to finish them in Chrome.
TT rims are pretty rare up in Canada I think...
Even with Stock 4X4 look I had before I got lots of compliments...
Simply Clean lines that flow with SC for good price...
Works, Rays Engineering and other high quality rims are different story
but you pay the price.
Chrome TT rims will turn heads for sure tho.
at least I think so..

If I was faced with paying 800+ for the Supra wheels vs. looking for a used set of non-OEM wheels... I'd go the latter. I actually DO like the look of the TT wheels, but for that price I couldnt do it. I mean hell if you look around I've seen G owners pulling the 19" Ray's off their car for 400-700 depending on the day. If those are your style that is.
Like said earlier, all in the eye of the beholder.

I see both sides of the discussion, but I am one who has grown fond of the TTs with time. They are a great option that supports wider tires, clears big brakes, and you know they are going to be a high quality wheel to meet OE specs. Plus, as mentioned, they just seem to flow with the lines of the SC so well.

TT wheels are not that big an improvement over looks. You can definitely get a lot more with just a little bit more in terms of wheel. Lip on the other hand, are rare. You can hardly find a good condition stock lip, let alone a Behrman lip.

And for everyone saying they could find good-brand wheels as cheap is mistaken/lying. The good stuff in just your color and sizing (or even close)come in for no less than 1500-1800 a set. I've been looking.
As for the lip, you could scrape or break on of those on your first ride out. No thanks. But to each his own.
