Got a 1994 SC300 with about 270,000 on it and my foglights aren't really foglights. The one light will turn on when the blinker for that respective side is on, as if to help see where your turning. I have no foglight switch, but I wanted to know if this is normal, seeing as I have read some things on here about OEM fogs. If it is normal, can anyone post a good write up on how to convert these to normal operating fogs? Thanks,

Yes, perfectly normal. Up until 1995 they were cornering lamps and not fog lights.
